This submod is based on the concept of the Valyrian Blood submod by Unsavory, which itself was based off the work of Sarcastik's Blood of Valyria submod. While the concept is the same, the code has been redone and is implemented differently. The core part of the submod is to turn the dragon hatching/taming bonuses from culture into traits. This essentially allows non-Valyrians to have those bonuses. I did this mainly to have characters that would have these bonuses and happen to be of a non-Valyrian culture (I'm looking at you Jon Snow) to have them.
On startup, characters will receive a blood trait based on their parents' cultures. In some cases, main characters like Jon Snow or Aurane Waters, where their parents are either hidden or one of them isn't known, a trait is given to them directly. As of now, only those two are done in this manner, so if someone comes across any characters that have a situation like theirs and should be done directly as well, just let me know. For generated characters, they will receive a trait dependent on their culture.
Throughout the game, children will receive a trait depending on what their parents have (or don't have). Children with parents who both have the same blood trait will receive the same trait. Children born with one parent having lesser blood have a chance of the blood becoming diluted.
There is also an event for characters to have a small chance (five percent) to increase their blood trait with a mean time to happen of ten years if they are a dragon rider, not a dragon rider but have a dragon as a friend, are of Valyrian culture or religion, or already possess a blood trait. The time for the event to fire increase or decreases on certain conditions. It decreases slightly when a character is either a dragon rider, not a dragon rider but has a dragon as a friend, and/or if they are located in a volcano location. It decreases greatly when it's the age of dragons (4+ dragons in the world). It increases greatly when the cold winds flag is enabled.
This submod does not contain features like the dragon egg cache
Compatible with: AGOT 2.0/2.1/2.2

This looks cool, is it compatible with More Bloodlines? No, a compatibility patch would be needed. I may make one and post it within a day or so. I play it with More Bloodlines, but I have a big compatibility patch which makes a bunch of submods I use compatible with each other.

I play with the More Bloodlines Submod myself and look forward to a compatch if you find the time to make it ^_^

Really nice mod! Have you thought about creating a version for First men? It would be pretty cool to have the same idea just for the Starks and other houses of the North. If you do like the idea maybe you could make a hybrid trait for when Firstmen blood and Valyrian blood mix IE people like Jon Snow and Blood Raven. Thanks for reading! Again I really liked your mod.

Could you please elaborate further by what you mean with Firstmen blood and the mixing of the two? If you mean a dilution of the Valyrian blood through marriage of those without, then that is already represented within the submod with the four levels of blood purity traits (full, slightly diluted, half blood, and mostly diluted).

It was more of an idea expanding your mod to also grant Northmen a trait thats maybe connected to Warging or something. And if you have a Valyrian/Northmen mix you get a powerful modifier... Whatever that might be. Again just an idea. Thanks for the mod reguardless!

As for warging/skinchangers, if you haven't already, I would suggest trying out rufff1's More Bloodlines submod. There isn't a mechanic for a Valyrian/Northmen mix, but if you use this submod along with that one (make sure to use the compatibility patch as well in the OP) then you can potentially be a skinchanger and a dragon rider at the same time. That's what I had been doing in my latest playthough. If you don't play with More Bloodlines and are still interested in something of that nature, I may consider adding something in the future. For now, when I have the time, I plan on making sure there are updated versions of the submods found in the link in my signature for AGOT 2.1.
