New update fixing some of the issues you guys have presented
-The Dragon Taming laws no longer only apply to emperor titles
-You can now only tame stray dragons within your realm
-You can now also take someone's dragon egg even if you already have one
-Characters outside of the royal family can tame dragons if they have the "Dragon Tamer" minor title (with Blood Only Law)

For some reason, when I have the Dragon Tamer Laws mod installed, even with the law where only the Throne dynasty can tame dragons/game rule of Valyrians taming dragons, none of my family members naturally try to tame a dragon (right now, Daenerys (married to a legitimised Targaryen Jon) will not try to take the dragon I gifted her). My current active mod list: A Game Of Thrones AGOT - Dragon Portraits AGOT Better Default Sigils AGOT Customize Appearance AGOT New Loading Screens AGOT New Religious Icons AGOT PO Base AGOT PO Characters AGOT Enhanced Child GFX AGOT Revised SCMR AGOT TV Music Better AI: Roleplaying Education Focus Bigger Interface for Game Of Thrones Sin's Dragon Tamer Laws (most recent version, downloaded last night) Sin's Visit Chambers Velaryon Loyalty
I had this same problem when I last had this mod, and would have to manually give characters a dragon's whip, make them friends, and add the dragon rider trait.

I will look into this and see if there are compatibility issues. Any mod that changes anything in the dragon_decisions.txt file will not be compatible. Also, make sure you check the game rules before starting a game. Probably not likely, but you could have disabled dragon taming. |

I looked at the uncompressed save file and have the Valyrian game rule on. Was able to get around the issue with Blood Only law by changing it to free. |

Really great mod saved countless times of my Targ runs. However, I wonder why I can't give my relatives the dragon tamer titles even though I gifted them dragons and changed to appointed law? Im running with no other submods but only this one. The AGOT version is 2.2 and 3.2.1 for ck2.

Update fixing a few issues. I noticed that high lords in the realm can make their own dragon laws. Now the laws should only apply to independent rulers

New update There is now a decision to grant dragon riding privileges to your vassals' whole families if you have the Blood Only or Dragon Tamers Only law. Once granted, anyone from that dynasty may tame dragons and hatch dragon eggs. Blood Only Dragon Law is now the default. This new feature is also applied to my other mod, Targaryen Invasion of the Old World  |
