Sorry, but I once again have a question. If one is married to someone of your family does that mean they can tame a dragon? I’m playing in dance of the dragon era and a wife of Joffrey Velaryon (I’m a targ) claimed a dragon and I have law set to blood. So I’m just curious. The Blood Only and Appointed Laws weren't fully fleshed out before. I just updated it today, so they should work as intended now. Only characters of the top liege's dynasty should be able to tame dragons now with the Blood Only law, and only characters with the "Dragon Tamer" minor title should be able to tame dragons when set to Appointed. ibb.co/j4RrHx6I installed the updated version but it’s still allowing others outside of the blood dynasty to tame dragons.

Alright. I have no idea why this is happening or how to fix it. But for some reason, whenever "Congenital Overhaul" and "Cripples Bastards and Broken Things" are used with this mod, it craps itself and spams the "dragon was taken from you" event to every single character in the game like 8 times whenever you start up the game. It wipes like 600 prestige as well because of the stacking. It only happens when the two mods are used together, I can play with Congenital Overhaul with other mods fine, I can do the same with Cripples, but If I use them together this always happens. It also happens every single time you load into a save as well, again, to every single character in the game, so I can't even just console myself the prestige back and get an unaltered experience. I know I can always remove the event or its effects but I'm worried that It might be effecting other things as well.
Normally I wouldn't mention this, but its so esoteric I just can't wrap my head around it. Does anyone know why this might be happening? Is there some kind of fix to this someone can make?

That’s what’s happening?! I was wondering why whenever I start a new character and even throughout my gameplay my “liege” sieges from me and takes a lot of prestige away.

This mod doesn't have any events that fire on startup, so the problem is the on_action files in either CBBT or CO. This mod is NOT fully compatible with CBBT because it changes the criteria for dragon taming and so does CBBT. That can also be where the problem lies. I would suggest removing the dragon_decisions file from the decisions folder in CBBT and see if that makes a difference

If you are also running CBBT then that may be where the problem is. They can still tame dragons because this mod edits the dragon_decisions file (the one used for dragon taming decisions) and so does CBBT. You can remove that file from the decisions folder and that could solve the issue.

It does seem like that would fix it but I'd like to know what exactly it changes. Is it exactly the same as the original file?

The author of CBBT may be able to expound but I don't think removing the file would break anything

Do I felted the dragon decisions from the CBBR file and it still says “liege has seized from you”. Idk why it’s doing this but I’ll try and make a new game and remove CBBT and see if that makes any difference 🤷🏻♀️

Appointed Laws - can’t be concretized unless you give up minor titles. In the current update under the law of destination simply no one can tame the dragon except the ruler. Others need a minor title, but you can only give it to those who tamed the dragon, so it turns out that one excludes the other

I updated it now so that you can give the dragon tamer minor title to anyone. Redownload and try again

No idea if this is intentional, but if you already possess a dragon egg you cannot take dragon eggs from others, which I feel kinda defeats the point of this mod. Not sure if you wanted to change it or not, but thought I'd give you a heads up.
steal_dragon_egg = { filter = realm ai_target_filter = self from_potential = { ai = no prisoner = no age = 14 NOT = { has_artifact = dragon_egg } NOT = { trait = incapable } NOT = { trait = infirm } }

Hello,
is there a reason, why the laws only apply to emperor level titles? Makes it pretty much useless.
Edit: You can claim dragons, that are outside your realm, that will then join your court. That should not be possible in my opinion.
