Okay so i'm a few hours into a new game with this mod active and have run into a bit of a problem. After taking the kingdom of The Riverlands from the Tullys a few in-game days later event 'diplomatic.51' triggers pausing the game and showing this message: I've tried giving the title back to the last Tully that wasn't dragon food then taking it back, which worked for a few in game weeks but the event ended up firing again. I'm currently running through the event (AGOT Revisions>events>diplomatic.txt) and looking for a fix. Oh and everything is patched and up to date to run with more bloodlines, trade routes, etc. Love the mod Almaron !! Not only is it nice to see some different looking borders, but the amount of conflict between lords due to overlapping claims is a lot of fun! Great work!
I just had the same issue while running this mod with More Bloodline patch. At some point this event pop and I can't do anything.

OOF! Sorry to hear that. It's an annoying little bug but I managed to find a temporary fix for it which is to relocate the 'diplomatic.txt' file from 'AGOT Revisions>events' to 'Desktop>New Folder'. It's a quick, temporary fix and it causes the AI to distribute Dragonstone and Summerhall as Kingdoms. But it will allow you to get past the event until the submod author - or some other brave coder - finds what about the file the game is confused about and fixes it. Hope it helped and I hope you're enjoying the submod though! I cant go back to playing with the vanilla borders...I just know them too well lol

Agh, sorry, been busy with another mod and haven't been able to properly look into this one...given what you're saying, I suspect I botched the code in diplomatic_events.txt. Fortunately, the edit I made isn't crucial to the game running smoothly (all it was supposed to do was stop the proper version of that event from firing for k_dragonstone and k_summerhall, since as Targaryen Princely titles they shouldn't be viewed as being subject to the 'royal style' issue), so yeah, do what Kai did and delete that file until I can sort out the fix.

there seems to be a issue with some of the titular duchies not going back under their lord paramounts after mega wars. they are haystack hall, old anchor, longbow hall, torrheen square, and castle cerwyn, and most of the iron isles.

Dragonstone's Kingdom-tier title is calling its holders Kings or Dragon Kings even when it's a part of the Iron Throne, where only the holder of the Throne should be called a King.

That looks lovely and realistic, is it save-compatible? (i assume not) but most importantly, does it work with Westeros only mod? (and does it affect performance? i'm playing on toaster GPU at the moment so i can't afford any hits lol) PS, Okay, already love it, but i do have one more question, are there far less counties/characters with this mod on? i noticed counties are bigger but i dunno if that means you had to take out some of the existing ones. either that or i'm just way too used to Vanilla AGOT map lol. Was this ever answered?

Not quite unless i missed it. but from what i've gathered, it isn't save-compatible, it does work with Westeros Only, it does affect the performance just a tiny bit but you won't notice unless you have a shit placeholder GPU like me. i dunno about less counties/characters, but i presume due to lots of changes, some of the previous Lords were made Landed Knights (or relocated) while other houses were given their Lordships if the OP thought it matched the Lore better.

It definitely won't be. Both this mod (Improved Borders+/Revised) and MB change the map. Same with Colonizable Valyria. The mods can be made compatible, but it will require some work. Hm. Is this still valid? Because what I did was install "More Bloodlines", install "AGOT Revisions" (improved borders+), install the MB comp patch on top of the "AGOT Revisions" folder, "install "AGOT Trade Routes - Rev".
Then what I did was compare the files of the patches between "AGOT Trade Routes - Rev" and "AGOT Trade Routes - MB", and a lot of the files were already identical.
The only ones that weren't identical, are;
"common\trade_routes\westeros_roads.txt" <-- I just made sure the one from the Rev/IB version took preference.
"common\scripted_triggers\000_trade_scripted_triggers.txt" <-- I just made sure the one from the Rev/IB version took preference.
And all is loading fine, no crashes. And it seems to work? The files that were different is because of the two different maps (MB map and Rev/IB Map). And since the Rev/IB mod has a MB patch, it doesn't seem to be a big problem..?

If the IB+MB map is identical to the MB map there won't be a problem. The conflict, if any, will mainly be in map\provinces.bmp as that is the province layout file.
Last time I played with IB it had significant changes to the province layouts compared to MB.

Last time I played with IB it had significant changes to the province layouts compared to MB. You're right. On the ingame trade route map, I would say about 95% is correct. The other 5% are some provinces that aren't yellow, but the trade routes moves through it anyway -- but isn't as it should be, it should be yellow with the benefits of the trade.
EDIT: Seems that is the case with just Trade Routes - IB and the Improved Borders+ on its own too (without MB and any other mod). Not any difference. For example the trade routes run through Arrendell (The North), and that province is grey (not yellow). But according to your image provided with the zip for the IB version it should be yellow.

Hi, I'm having some glitches with the mod regarding Titular Titles. After doing the Conquest with Aegon, some lords with titular titles didn't automatically join the realm, they became independent. At first I thought it was a glitch with other submods (that don't change the map), so I disabled them, but it changed nothing. And it was the same lords each time (Tallhart and Cerwyn in the North, Hunter and Melcolm in the Vale, Goodbrother and Farwynd in the Iron Islands and Yronwood in Dorne).
Also, after the conquest I can still create the Empire of the Blackwater, it was not integrated in the Iron Throne de jure, except the Stauton of Rook's Rest. That thing also happened in my first try.
So I was wondering if it was a common bug, or if I installed it wrongly ?

This submod will need to be updated for AGoT 2.1.
