Can you try to manually fire the event, at the soonest one day after the game loads? In the console type event colonise_val.1I'm very interested to see what errors, if any, it returns. Nevermind the issue! I've found the culprit. For some reason the mod "Corsair Pirates Reformable Religions" prevents the mod from generating ruins.

That mod likely is based on an older AGOT version and has conflicts with the scripted_effects file. It's probably breaking a lot more. Good find!

It still crashes with just the base mod and this for me. Sigh. Very disappointing.

Yeah I can't seem to play Daenerys during Clash of Kings, crashes after the 3rd/4th day, only sub mods I use are this and the bugfixes collection but dependicies are properly set so shouldn't be an issue there.

Yeah I can't seem to play Daenerys during Clash of Kings, crashes after the 3rd/4th day, only sub mods I use are this and the bugfixes collection but dependicies are properly set so shouldn't be an issue there. Ya seems to be some incompatibility between this and the bugfix mod, if i run them both together, 3rd day into a new game, it inta-crashes EVERY time, but if i dont run the bugfix mod with this, it passes that crash easily, and the only files this mod and the bugfix mod share in common that i can see is, the map files and the essos_titles files, but even if i temp remove those from the bigfix mod, the 3rd/4th day crash still happens EVERY time.
Edit: After removing the 3 map files and the essos_titles file from the bugfix mod( the 4 files this mod and that one share in common) and then removing the dependancy gets me past the beginning crash (whether it still crashes later on is yet to be seen) so def seems to be a conflict with one or more of those 4 files, even with the dependancy.

Sorry to see you guys are encountering issues. But please don't spread misinformation, there is no conflict between this mod and my bugfix mod.

Sorry to see you guys are encountering issues. But please don't spread misinformation, there is no conflict between this mod and my bugfix mod. The only way this mod works for me is when i just have this mod and the main mod running.
I just ran several start ups with this mod and the bugfix mod running together (25 to be exact, just load up game, click some1 to play as, crank speed up to 5 and unpause) after fresh installs of the main mod, bugfix and CV, and every time i run them together, i NEVER EVER make it past the first month before it CTD's (mostly on the 3rd of the month, a few times id get lucky and make it run as far as the 18th and extremely rarely, the 21st)
Twice i ran just CV and the main mod and both times i went right through to the 2nd year no prob with no crashes before id quit out and repeat.
Also the same thing is happening when i run just this mod with the trade routes valyria mod, every time crashes before end of 1st month.
Which kinda sucks because since the main mod never gets updated just for bugfixes unless its a super broken bug that prevents gameplay completely, your bugfix mod is almost essential for the game to fix some of the more annoying things in the game.
Edit: Ha, 3rd time i tried to run CV alone with just the main mod and this time it crashed on day 9 of first month so guess just this mod itself doesnt want me playing it for whatever reason so i guess ill just have to resort to the Official submods if i want to get my occasional Valyria fix(and deal with the constant screwing of my succession laws every few months when playing as a valyrian lord under the freehold)

One more thing you can try is to unzip the bugfixes on top of the main AGOT mod, and then remove the dependency for AGOT 2.0 Bugfix from CV. I won't guarantee it will work but it will remove one extra layer of dependencies from the setup, and maybe make things more stable.

It's not caused by this mod. You might have some conflict. No tried by disabling every mod . But it doesn't work . Which is the event file that triggers the obligations?

Answering war obligations is controlled by stuff in common\governments, which isn't in this mod.

Very interesting and fun mod to use. I love Valyrian stuff and the game is almost unplayable for me without this. The only glitches ive encountered so far are the colony in valyria capital will never finish(can be worked around with console commands) and the game will crash when the grey plague event will happen.

Glad you like it.
Both the things you mention are bugs that have been fixed since, make sure you're using the latest version.

The 2.0 version is not compatible with Century of Blood or Bug fix, neither together nor separately, at all. One can manage 5-7 months with no other submods active. Tried the solution suggested above of unzipping the bug fix files into the main Agot folder, to no avail. This is seriously full of issues, has anyone besides the dev actually managed to get it working?

Sorry to see you guys are encountering issues. But please don't spread misinformation, there is no conflict between this mod and my bugfix mod. There is 100% a conflict, 'fraid to say. The previous version is amazing and unlocks so much potential in terms of gameplay; if you can get this version running smoothly I'm sure many of us would be hugely grateful

Show me what the conflict is then. File and line number. Otherwise shut up and leave this thread.
