I wanted to suggest a few new societies that would go well in the mod, especially now the wildling, ironborn etc all have their own warrior lodges
Knightly orders - these would require the knight trait to join and could enable duels/jousts with fellow members and largely function as a more chivalric warrior lodge so it would be too hard to make:
Order of the Green Hand - membership limited to knights who are reachmen or Manderly dynasty, if possible the head of the order should be limited to whoever holds e_reach and the society is inactive post FoF but can be reestablished
Warriors Sons - more focus on prayer and donations to the cause, can spend society currency on favours with the High Septon or gaining a zealot Knight in your court etc. Defunct when the WSs are defunct.
Generic knightly order - "The Tourney Knights" - pretty generic society for jousting and networking whilst the other societies don't exist.
"Northern Warriors" - generic warrior lodge for northmen. Not quite as brutal as the wildling one but more brutal than the southron societies, no jousting, just duels and missions include hunting down wildling raiders and deserters from the Nights Watch - done via event chain.
Regional Fleets - these would be societies of all the houses in a region with a significant naval presence and are mostly centred around trade and exploration:
The Driftmark Fleet - basically if you are a Velaryon, a Massey, a Bar Emmon, a Celtigar or hold dragobstobe and have a flagship you can join the Driftmark fleet, missions can include travelling to distant lands and contests can be racing boats against other society members. Society currency can be spent on rare artifacts and wealth to represent trading in distant lands.
The Arbor fleet - same as above but for the Redwynes, Hightowers, Costaynes, and Shield Islands.
The Lannisport fleet - same as above but for Farmans, Kennings, and Lannisters of Lannisport.
