This little mod is based on my High Lordship of Driftmark mod.
2 decisions are added to the Iron Throne holder.
- To give the duchy of the Crackclaw to the Celtigars, which also shifts the Claw Isle into that duchy and shifts Rook's Rest out of it into Duskendale (so that the Celtigars aren't too powerful).
- To destroy the duchy of the Crackclaw, which shifts those 2 counties to their original duchies.
The first decision is possible either in earlier game starts (before 8167, the death of Clement Celtigar), or if the King is a Celtigar.
To destroy the duchy it has to be revoked by the king or somehow destroyed first.
