Hi, I think it will better to represent summer hall by a baranny instead of a full county. Because it will better represent the reallity because it was more described as a small estival palace than a great fortreess.
Also, it doesn't make sense to have a full county in ruins after the burning event.
The event will be easier to represent ingame because it will occur when the crown construct a castle outside the crownlands and don't take a precious county slot for an house.

On one hand it does look interesting, but on the other... It would make the princes of Summerhall unplayable
