I don't believe there is anything wrong with using vanilla artifact assets as a base line. I mean that's basically like doing a "recolor" yeah? Okay so yeah, I guess lets just break it down based off of like sections where they got added. Reforgable Swords | New Swords | New Daniel Swords Or actually I might just leave reforgable ones alone but just switch the names a bit... So Daniels sword is really long, break it in half. First page I have the graphics shown and listed alphabetically. So First group (bloodbloom to lionheart) second group (prophecy to oblivion) As there are 3 of you, I guess just pick one of those 3 sets to try your hand on. And remember, if I don't like/use it that doesn't mean I'm not thankful. Why not just keep the base AGOT mod's reforgable ones already done as is, and just do the new ones (new VS + new VS daniel)? Is there a particular reason you want to switch the names on the first set? I can do the new_valyrian.txt set of swords btw. Seeing as how artifacts have a kind of prominent description as opposed to traits, it's also cool if I edit the new_valyrian localization file too right? So not every desc is identical.

The ones from the AGOT mod don't have sheaths pictured. But other than that, yep.

Sorry I was at work haha. thelastofhisname - Basically yeah. AGOT/gfx/interface/inventory/artifacts/vs_ << There are 2 versions of each sword. 59x59 and 118x118, I don't see any transparencies. Is the dagger not in vanilla? They have like a few arak's, daario's sword thing and robert's hammer. Would be surprised if the dagger wasn't in already. ballerz: I think you missed this line "Or actually I might just leave reforgable ones alone but just switch the names a bit..." I think yeah just leaving the reforged ones as is will be fine.

Alright I should have them done tomorrow I'll have to check if the dagger is there bc I have personally never seen it! Also I don't really check on Daario so idk If they're not and I get the graphics done, would you add them to the submod? I would love you eternally

Hmm might put it in as a generic valyrian dagger (Like a generic valyrian sword). Then maybe tie it into an event or something to get. So yah I can throw it in.

Thanks to ballerz, the "New Swords" have artifact versions now. So just need the Daniels sword sets EDIT: Bloodbloom to Lionheart are left. Thanks to thelastofhisname Am I the only one who continually reads his name as thelastofus? I swear every time I have to actively reread it to make sure I'm not typing lastofus.

So just went and read back to see who the 3rd person was making swords... I may have misscounted and doubled up somebody.... So yeah the last grouping of sword )Bloodbloom to Lionheart( need to be done haha.
Have also been looking at the new hairs. A decent amount of them I actually enjoy but a few just don't cut it. This is made even more tragic as they removed some other truly great hairstyles to make room for them. So I feel like it's been long enough that it's time to update the hair graphics... Maybe something else as well, I just need to get ahold of somebody on the main forums haha.
EDIT: Okay I've gotten permission. I'll have it as a special surprise sub-mod(extra download if you want it and have the dlc requirement) when I finish the update.
On valyrian swords... At the start of a game, the traits are converted into the artifact version. So I'm gonna be making all of these reforgable versions. That way when you create the game you just select the generic valyrian sword and then reforge them via decision. Does that sound good for everyone?

Progress update time! Everything EXCEPT Portrait Graphics and Interface files are done.
Old CO hairstyles for African/North/Freefolk/Dothraki are all still perfectly 100% okay and require no changes whatsoever and cutlures will be reverted to them. As for other cultures like Qartheen/Brindle and the like I really don't care enough to bother editing these ones up at all.
Western/Valyrian MHair/FHair/Beard - Will use New Valyrian as a base for both cultures. Salt/Sand Dornish MHair/FHair/Beard - Will use New Northern as a base for both cultures.
The interface files will only take a few minutes to update and tweak, but I need to have the graphic files all setup first. I'll start getting to work on the new updated templates after this post is made but I'll be going to bed in a couple hours because of work, so other than setting up the templates I won't be able to do much tonight.
IF by Saturday Dec. 16th at like 10pm (UTC-8) I don't have it done, I'll release the mod as is and upload a later patch to add the Portraits in.
