NEAT Super defensive - the end of the pass is secured by the Hidden Fort which is basically a Carcosan Bloody Gate with a rather strong castle securing it and mountain pass terrain to give defenders a significant boost. The City of the Winged Men is across the Hidden Sea from Carcosa - I’m not adding it as it is just too weird to implement without more info but Carcosa is just about implementable.

Elric dissaproves of this... In my mind the City of winged men is Martin referencing the Winged Men of Myrrhn, that Moorcock fanboy Btw will we get some Lovecraftian references in Carcosa? xD

I noticed bloodlines and skinchanger traits which have old gods opinion bonuses/maluses don't have old gods reformed for them. Is that intended?

As for Lovecraft flavour I’m planning to get hold of the King in Yellow to see if it inspires any fun Easter eggs - and obviously the Yellow Sorceror himself is a nice Lovecraftian reference and will be able to invade YiTi by pressing his claims

Ser Aubrey Crakehall had the castle razed to the ground after defeating King Hagon Hoare of the Iron Islands.

I didnt know that House Crakehall ruled the Iron Islands (briefly) Pre-Conquest Westeros is awesome. Especially Pre-Andal Westeros.

I didnt know that House Crakehall ruled the Iron Islands (briefly) Pre-Conquest Westeros is awesome. Especially Pre-Andal Westeros. Aubrey Crakehall: “ Hmm I have conquered the Iron Islands and killed their king. My liege lord has now pulled support from my expedition and a large part of my army and fleet have returned to the Westerlands. I am a westerman, the traditional enemies of the ironborn. This invasion happened because the Ironborn hated having someone from the Westerlands in a position of power over them and they didn’t like the king being pro Westermen. I brutally tortured the last Ironborn king and pulled down one of the most defensible castle on the islands. I have limited men, limited resources, and no further support from Casterly Rock. Given my situation, what is the logical course of action to take? “I know, make myself king of these people who utterly despise me and I don’t have enough soldiers to control! This is an excellent plan!”

Because of event shenanigans after Aegon defeats the Hoares it’s easier to leave the barony in - I rationalise it as it being the rather smaller new Hoare Castle after the big one was destroyed

Firstly I want to say that I love this mod and want to thank everyone who is working on it. It is amazing and I honestly can't think of playing a game of agot without it. Don't suppose you guys have any idea when it is your planning on releasing 2.0. There is a lot of sneak peeks atm and it's getting me really excited!

It’s hard to give an exact time scale as we’re trying to add a lot of stuff as it is the 2.0 but I wouldn’t see the release as too far off
