If you are using the CBBT+HfH+Portrait new version, then take the MB+CO version of In heaven, replace the couples of image files with those of this HfH version (not necessary, it works without these steps but it looks a little ugly on the fringes), then manually delete the few files in the new CBBT folder that are shared by this resulting submod merge. Tried to do this but the map is still pretty messed up, idk what I'm doing wrong exactly. It means you haven't deleted the map image files that conflict with InH from CBBT, or that you have deleted something you should, or that you have another mid that has those files and conflict with InH. I'll check the file names later today and let you know exactly which ones

These are the conflicting files I have eliminated I don't think I can post the merged submod coz it goes against the rules about using other people work I think, but it's really easy, just take InH for MB, replace the image files in map and terrain folders with the ones from InH for HfH, and then remove the above files from CBBT and you are done.

Messed up the first time, thanks Logan! Did exactly as you said and it worked. Figured out the problem. Seems like it's Colonizable Valyria messing it up in game still. Works fine without the mod on, but with that submod on, you can see the coastline in the water. Dang, so close to having the map look nice. Thank you again Logan!
