How about a new artifact that is the skull of Gregory Clegane sent to Dorne after the death of Oberyn Martell?
could have a bonus of "Dornishmen opinion +5" and "+1.5 of monthly prestige"

Will there be a way to, say if you're a greenseer or a zealous old gods follower with a large godswood in one of your holdings, to make a weirwood longbow/spear/broach as a means of obtaining one?
