Can we please read that option that we were given when a female courtier would ask for you to find a husband for her that allowed you to send her to the sept instead?
Without it the only way to actually off characters into the chantry is through force/imprisonment/trial which is very restrictive and unrealistic.
Suggestion:Readd the send to sept option for women.
