Brynden Bloodraven (77026) currently is part of the main Targaryen dynasty, presumably because his own dynasty (7001) doesn't have a fixed COA yet. However, the flag for c_dragonstone already used in the mod is an exact match with his personal coat of arms: a white dragon breathing red flame, on a black background.
So my suggestion is to simply copy c_dragonstone.tga into \gfx\coats_of_arms\dynasties_cadet.tga next to Bittersteel's and then make Bloodraven his dynasty when he is legitimized instead of a nickname.
Also make it so he has the 'Rivers' nickname until he is legitimized, so he is Brynden Rivers up to then (like the other great bastards).

No, he used a dragon as his personal arms. The Wiki of Ice and Fire has this for his COA: awoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/File:Bloodraven.svgA COA more like the Targ prescripted cadet dynasties (especially Fyreblood) would look better but that would require someone being able to recolour it (and I certainly can't).

Wyvern*, Dragons have 4 legs. Not in A Song of Ice and Fire series. You should know this! GRRM made dragons in his books only have two legs as he correctly pointed out no animal in real life ever developed 4 legs and 2 wings. The TV show even stayed true to his vision of dragons. The only difference to GRRM is a Wyvern can't breath fire. Any COA that uses four legs for a dragon is explained as ignorance by those houses that haven't actually seen a real dragon. SO SPAKE MARTIN
"His dragons have no front limbs -- just rear legs and wings. He said that although the traditional depiction of dragons as six limbed creatures has become a staple of fantasy -- the fact that no animal in nature has ever evolved in such a way always bothered him. As a sci-fi writer originally, he insists on the depiction of the dragons with just four limbs."

Sorry, I've been reading news articles and their respective comment sections and people using incorrect terminology has been pissing me off lately.

Sorry, I've been reading news articles and their respective comment sections and people using incorrect terminology has been pissing me off lately. Honestly you should let that terminology go and stress less! There really isn't any hard fast set rules for this historically. Wyrm is derived from an ancient germanic term for Serpent. Dragon from the roman draconem and/or Greek drakon (which both mean serpent) Drake originates from the same drakon through the dutch word draak. Wyvern is the same in essence that it comes from a Middle English word for snake. In reality each group of people were talking about the same creatures. You can only go by what each individual lore wants to call them.
