Greetings,
I believe you have the de jure area for the Dothraki Sea Empire & Kingdom of Sarnor as incorrect for the game along with a geography error.
For the Kingdom of Sarnor,
For starters geography.
The entire kingdom followed along the river Sarne to it's source the Silver Sea. The Silver Sea has since diminished from lack of rainfall and it's remnants are now THREE separate lakes. On the mod there are only TWO lakes. There have been some errors with printing this location but three lakes was how Martin intended it. The World of Ice and Fire book admits an error on this because of handwritten maps accidentally erased a part of the river and they improvised. The newer edition should update it.

The De Jure error:
The game de jure Kingdom of Sarnor includes the Kingdom of Omber.
Kingdom of Omber
The Kingdom of Sarnor as history describes was destroyed by the Dothraki. The only surviving city of the Sarnor was Saath. It's entire kingdom rested upon the Silver Sea and the river Sarne. The Kingdom of Omber should be it's own Kingdom as it survived by paying tribute. If it still exists then obviously it cannot be part of the Kingdom of Sarnor as they would make the lore about Saath being the only surviving city incorrect and this Kingdom is not located on the same river or sea. Therefore, the Kingdom of Omber should be it's own De Jure Kingdom level area.
The Dothraki Sea Empire De Jure issue:
Dothraki Sea
the Dothraki sea begins in the west at the Forest of Qohor. To the north it overlaps the ruined Kingdom of Sarnor, Kingdom of Omber, and the forested Kingdom of the Ifequevron. The Dothraki sea extends eastward to the Bone Mountains and the Krazaaj Zasqa and as far southeast as the desert wasteland called the red waste.
To the south the Dothraki sea is bounded by the Painted Mountains, Slaver's Bay, and the Skahazadhan. South of the river is Lhazar, which is often raided by the Dothraki. The Dothraki sea is so immense it can support more than two dozen khalasars,

This is not how the game shows it. It should add de jure for the entire time frame of this game:
Kingdom of Sarnor
Kingdom of Omber
Kingdom of Hazhan (By the way this shouldn't exist in the earliest start dates, This Kingdom was destroyed in the Century of Blood. So between 114 to 14 years ago. Earliest game start is 3 BC thus the Century of Blood ended already)
Kingdom Rhaesh Khaokh (Lost Free City of Essaria)
I would suggest removing:
Kingdom of the Ifequevron from it's de jure map as well
According to The World of Ice & Fire, Beyond the Free Cities: The Dothraki are reported to have shunned the Kingdom of the Ifequevron out of reverence for the wood walkers or still possible fear of their powers.
Except for the far west two de jure provinces (mostly not forest) they would not consider this forested region a part of their great grass empire.
I would debate this area should be ruins in the game but it certainly should not be a part of the Empire.
Thank you for reading and a big thank you to everyone that made this mod as awesome as it is!
