I do not know if I'm doing right but ...
is there any way to pass a save or family tree from a scenario to another scenario?

You mean like saving your own custom country in eu4? I would like that if it's possible.

Yes ... or at least the family tree ... for example: created my character in Robert's rebellion ... and with his grandson playing the events of a clash of kings.

Text Editor + Text Editor + Text Editor (All can be Notepad++ tabs)
Make a couple list of numbers..
782000 782001 782002 782003 782004
783000 783001 783002 783003 783004
Open the game up, load your save and make a note of every single family member you will need to bring over. When I do this my notes look like... 77000 Aegon the Conqueror 77002 Visenya 77003 Rhaenys 999012191 Aerion 999039292 Valerion
Make sure you also check their spouses. So if Valerion is married to 99942342 Include her in a second list with name AND dynasty... Tyta Baratheon. You might also want to keep in characters not of your dynasty but who have married heavily into your dynasty. So for instance I usually include Velaryon in the lists because my Targy's continue the trend of marriage with them and so they are pretty heavy on descendants to bring forwards.
One you have the list of all characters, the numbers come into play. If a character is historical (77000 Aegon) then just copy their character info into a blank text. If the character is NOT historical IE: 999012191 Do a FIND search and change 999012191 into one of the numbers we listed before (782000), Tack on his name onto that list from before to identify it. Then copy his character info into a blank text like Aegons. I keep one blank open for living, one for dead (They go into different spots in the save file). If it's a spouse that's not historical, I add them into a different number system IE: 783000. If I have a branch house of Velaryon am bringing along they get assigned 784000 and stuff like that. If you're starting at extremely early scenarios, you want to transfer over to more recent saves at a higher frequency. I go once every 25 years.

I'd be surprised if a video of that existed haha. That's what I do when I'm starting in early scenarios and want history to run a certain course. It's all just copying characters from one save to another with a character ID change to stop matching ID's.

I got the idea ... but I did not understand how it's done ... look I've never played ck2 until I found the mod (December 2017) ... now that I'm learning to use cheats and edit saves to edit characters ... (I prefer to play with non-historical characters) ... so patience hahaha

I recommend using Notepad++ for this.
2 save files are required. Save 1 is your original playthrough with however long you've progressed (I recommend 25 year intervals). Save 2 is a new game with a starting date where your previous save left out at.
Open your First save and hit [`] then type charinfo on. Make a list of the characters you wish to transfer over... For example...
77012 Rhaenyra Targaryen 779496 Daemon Targaryen 33561496 Jacaerys Velaryon 33562496 Lucerys Velaryon 33563496 Joffrey Velaryon 77015 Aegon III Dragonbane 77019 Viserys Targaryen
Grab the character ID's for spouses of Jacaerys, Lucerys, Joffrey, Aegon and Viserys. Grab the character ID's for children of Jacaerys, Lucerys Joffrey, Aegon and Viserys. Grab the character ID's for any children that Rhaenyra/Daemon may have had after the scenario start. Grab the character ID's for any spouses/children of Rhaenyra/Daemon's other children.
77013 Aegon II 77120 Helaena Targaryen 77138 Jaehaerya Targaryen 60500496 Jaehaerys Targaryen 60510496 Maelor Targaryen
Grab the character ID's for any children that Aegon/Helaena had after start. Grab the character ID's for any spouses/children that Aegon/Helaena's children had after start.
77014 Aemond One-Eye 77119 Daeron the Daring 25052 Addam Velaryon 24052 Alyn Oakenfist
Grab the character ID's for any children/spouses that any of these characters had after start. )AND/OR any children/spouses their children had(
I'm not gonna bother grabbing all the Dragon ID's but because Dance of Dragons killed the dragons off... with our history change they've now become alive again and need transferred!
Now taking those character ID's open the save and [Ctrl]+[F] to find their character entries. Copy that out of the save into a blank document. Keep living and dead characters separated. If a character was born/created after the start their character ID will be something like 9990023512. That can cause glitches in a the new save (maybe the game created another character with that same ID). So each character with one of those ID's you change the ID of the character entry.
78200 Mylna Targaryen (Daughter of Rhaenyra/Daemon) 78201 Aedra Targaryen (Daughter of Aemond One-Eye) 78202 Maegor Targaryen (Son of Jaehaerys Targaryen)
79200 Titus Velaryon (Son of Jacaerys Velaryon) 79201 Lucerys Velaryon (Son of Lucerys Velaryon)
78900 Lucinda (Spouse of Lucerys Velaryon) 78901 Milenda Baratheon (Spouse of Maegor)
66990050 Vercinatrix the Red Plague (Maegor's dragon) 66990051 Deavor (Lucerys dragon)
Spouses also may have a special requirement. For instance Milenda Baratheon may have parents in this save but in the next save her parents never married.. SO you might want to remove her mother OR better yet change her mother to her father's actual historical spouse.
You may also wish to bring along a Kingsguard member or two that are ultra badasses and deserve to stay. If one became a Lord Commander that means you have to be prepared to edit the d_kingsguard title history. If they weren't Lord Commanders that makes it a bit easier because a character transfer works just as well.
Next up open your new save. You'll want to start out by looking up the "canon" characters character ID's and deleting them. For instance in the canon version Rhaenyra was executed by dragon.. Where as in your playthrough she's now 67 and still taking names. I personally would have "killed" Aegon III and Viserys along with their spouses in my original playthrough, and then just skip transferring them over.. So that their children will remain as is. That way little Daeron the Young Dragon can crush those Dornish peasants with his grandma Rhaenyra at his side and a dragon beneath him... I may have got sidetracked lol.
Anyways once the canon character histories are removed for the characters you plan to transfer over.. You can begin copying the old saves characters in. They can all be put in together at the same spot to speed things up. No need to remember exactly where they are. You'll also want to edit title histories if there are differences. For instance in my case Aegon II lived longer, so his reign should be increased. He was still "succeeded" by Aegon III.. So it's an edit and not replacing it with the full history.
Any more explaining and I might need to take a bunch of screenshots to show what am talking about. Which will be a bit difficult as my current most recent save file is on year like 8500 haha.

now I understand ... I do not need the screenshots hahaha ... 8500? it seems to me that it is more complicated with each time it jumps ... so, thanks for the patience and attention ... I will do some tests (recommends all 25 rights?), Are these ids >> 782000 and 783000 for use right? OK thank you.

I think all of these charID's are good... 71000-76999 77200-79999 782000-782999 125100-125199
And for dragons to match other dragon ID's 77990030 to 77999999 I personally use 78000 to 78032 for Congenital Overhaul
