I don't like, that about a hundred years after I start campaign, many dynasties are destroyed or landless. Not because of a marriage policy, but because a wars, which are based on claim, that was fabricate by justiciar. I would like to see (in game rules or in some submode) opinion, that the justiciar make only a casus belli for you. It would by like a normal claim, but if you win that war the county wouldn't be yours, but only the ruler of this county would be your vassal. It would be like a de jure claim, but it would be base on work of justiciar. And the normal claim would be canceled. Also, I think it doesn't make sense, because some dynasties are old about 5000 years, but than they lost their title and they are destroyed. What do you think about it? Could it work? (I'm sorry about my English, but I hope you understood me. I'm not a native speaker and also not a good writer. )

There is a game rule named "Fabricating Claims" which can be set to 'On' or 'Off' (default: 'On'). When setting it to 'Off', it will effectively prevent the fabrication of claims with a justiciar. You will still be able to gain claims in other ways (e.g. marriage) or inherit titles - that makes the game more about diplomacy and intrigue. Note that it does not affect other casus belli (e.g. Liberation, Emancipation, Dragon Conquest).
Last, For the record, game rules are chosen upon the start of a playthrough to prevent the fabrication of claim (the screen pops up after starting the game). When selecting the diplomacy category, the "Fabricating Claims" rules is the bottom item in the left column.

I think you could blame the books for this too, though. We have these dynasties that are thousands of years old and have survived countless wars yet the War of Five Kings, which lasted about a year, has toppled the Starks, exterminated the Hornwoods, has many other houses hanging by a thread, and that's just in that one war.
