As in Brotherhood Without Banners-style. Which are different from the Seven knights. Infantry multiplier instead of Cavalry, a same trait opinion bonus, R'hllor opinion bonus, liege opinion bonus. Maybe not monthly prestige but piety? If prestige is kept, being half of the Seven knights. Also, a opinion malus towards the Seven knights.
So the Andals don't simply stop being knights by converting to R'hllor, it would make far more sense (and it happened) that they would simply change their knighting traditions. Maybe allowing even First Men and Dornish culture groups get it too, since there were Northmen and Dornishmen in the Brotherhood.
