Modlist: AGOT 2.2 AGOT Ghiscari Wars AGOT Marshal Matters More Bloodlines AGOT Rise to Power (on and off to see whether it changes something, it did not) AGOT TDP AGOT Zings Bugfixes AGOT Valyrian Blood Early Bookmarks Compatch MB First of all, I want to thank you because thanks to people like you, my CK2 playthroughs keep reinventing themselves. I recently tried the Early Bookmarks mod because I was in the mood for some old Valyria, including the abundance of dragonlords and the bloody chaos that ensues. Afterward, I stumbled upon your mod while looking for more dragon flair and was more than happy to have found TDP. I'm really enjoying your mod, and I assume (as a layperson) that it might be due to the AGOT Ghiscari Wars that it doesn’t run smoothly. If that’s the case, then disregard everything that follows Here's a list of a few things that didn’t work as expected: 1.The dragon eggs that I created via debug and gave to my children hatched, and they also received the whip. However, they didn’t tame the dragons and thus didn’t become dragonriders.
2.When a dragonlord died, the heir inherited the whip (and the dragon was listed as a friend) but didn’t tame it and thus didn’t become a dragonrider either.
3.After 70 in-game years, there were only 6 dragonriders left. I then clicked on the "Call for Dragonrider" decision to bring a bit more excitement into the game. However, only one of my courtiers became a dragonrider, and suddenly the remaining dragons had 6-7 random people listed as friends (without a whip in their inventory). I also played around with the dragonrider laws, but nothing changed.
4. Unfortunately, all pre-existing dragons do not have your nice new dragon traits. Either way, it’s an awesome mod! If you have any tips, I’d be very grateful. And if it’s because of the [AGOT] Ghiscari Wars, just ignore everything I’ve said. Currently working toward fixing how dragonseeds function in-game. Be sure you have the most recently updated version. Also kids wont become dragon riders until a certain age. As for the inherited whip, it could be that the new owner of the whip had a dragon beforehand that died. being dragon bonded will def prevent the character from being able to tame a new dragon even if they're friends. If you mean the claws, horns, wings, flames, etc traits then you have a conflict with history/characters/dragons.txt file with another submod. If you mean traits like smart_dragon and others that are in the GFX, those arent actually included yet and i accidentally added their icons. |

Does anyone know if there is a way to make this mod compatible with CBBT, MBS, CO and HfH? Really likle this mod but also want both CBBT and MBS together you can download WinMerge and start learning how to mod to make a super mod that includes all of those. but once you see what it looks like, you'll see why i havent made CBBT, TDP and MB compatible yet |

Hey, just wanted to say thanks for an amazing submod, this made long Targaryen playthroughs a bit more bearable. I usually pin the King, let's say Aegon, on longer games, and I sometimes get the notification that he no longer holds a dragon egg. When I search the list for dragon egg holders, it sometimes ends up in the hands of randoms like some Martell or a Jhogos Nai, instead of one of his family members. I'm not sure what exactly causes this to happen, but it's been occurring a few times especially when the King holds a lot of eggs. dragon egg inheriting is the bane of my existence. efforts are being made to fix this |

I'm sorry if i'm being annoying but i really want to figure this out, am i using wrong sub mods while running this? I'm using: -A Game of Thrones -AGOT more Bloodlines (your Plus version that you linked in original post) -AGOT PO+MB Compatch -AGOT PO - base -AGOT The Dragon's Peace (MB) -TDP+PO+MB compatch Basically I'm getting 0 money from Vassals, Under Laws I only have: Under Civic and Religious Law Realm Authority and Slavery and under Obligations i only have Vassal Obligations - First Night and nothing else. I have no idea what's causing it my ck2 version is 3.3.3 and i have the latest version of GOT mod i tried reinstalling the game and the mod but it didn't help. I played as a Targeryens in the Century of the Blood (the first time period) but i also tried as different characters and its same. If you never found a solution, you can delete the laws folder from The Dragon's Peace, which should bring the laws back, but you will lose the new dragon taming law from the mod. That's what I ended up doing. |

If you have taming on bloodlines, but also have Valyrian Blood. The blood trait still acts as the bonuses for taming and hatching?

Hello, big fan of this submod. I wanted to note that in my saves, I’ve never seen a character claim a dragon they haven’t inherited directly. IE, in Aegon the Conqueror start dates, if his heir hatches their own dragon nobody will ever claim Balerion. Ditto with Meraxes and Vhagar, as well. Has anybody else encountered this issue? Other submods I’m using are dynastic life support and AGOT PO + the compatch.

Motivation to tame / taming etc seems to be a bit broken. Looking at the files I found two bugs, with event "dragon_rework.7" in dragon_rework_events.txt which seems to be the one that triggers from the motivate decision and "tame_dragon_dec" in dragon_decisions.txt which is what players/AI use to mount the dragons. Both are related to specific game rules, 1st with TDP's own "valyrian blood" rule, 2nd with vanilla AGOTs dragon taming difficulty "valyrian only". This is with the full version of submod, not just Dragon Rework. DRAGON_REWORK_EVENTS.txt: character_event = { id = dragon_rework.7 is_triggered_only = yes hide_window = yes ai = yes has_character_flag = allowed_to_tame_dragon trigger = { age = 15 OR = { has_character_flag = has_valyrian_blood_trait has_game_rule = { name = tdp_valyrian_blood value = off } <--- There is no "off" option for valyrian blood in common\game_rules , only "default" which I assume would be the correct one here? } DRAGON_DECISIONS.txt: tame_dragon_dec = { is_high_prio = yes potential = { any_friend = { trait = dragon is_alive = yes } NOT = { can_use_dragon_abilities_trigger = yes } NOT = { trait = dragon } OR = { NOT = { has_character_flag = choose_wild_dragon_action } had_character_flag = { flag = choose_wild_dragon_action days = 500 } } NOT = { has_character_flag = dany_no_tame_dragon } NOT = { has_game_rule = { name = dragon_hatching_taming value = off } } NOT = { has_character_flag = dragon_bonded } } allow = { conditional_tooltip = { trigger = { has_game_rule = { name = dragon_hatching_taming value = valyrian_only } } OR = { capable_of_taming_dragon_trigger = yes <-- trigger does not exist as far as I could see. Really enjoying the most recent update. However, I think something might be messed up with the Son for a Son event. The initial event of Aemond killing Lucerys fires without a hitch, but then I do not get the followup Son for a Son.

(CBBT compatch does not currently work with any More Bloodlines version) Looking at the original post, it does not look like MB, CBBT and TDP are mutually compatible. Yet, anyway. |
