The Dragon's Peace is my large submod that introduces multiple event chains for dynamic playthroughs. Below are links to 2 versions of The Dragon's Peace. The first is for the Vanilla version of the game & the second is for the More Bloodlines version that i posted found HERE. The MB version of this submod works for both of my MB versions.
I also created a separate submod that isolates the Dragon Re-Work portion of the submod, also made for Vanilla or More Bloodlines.
At the bottom of the post, I mention that I absorbed Dragons Expanded and Dragon Portraits into my mod as its been awhile since either creator has logged on. If they come back and want me to remove their mods from the submod I will. Links to their submods are in the patch notes.
ATTENTION: If you have any bugs with the submod, please let me know BUT PLEASE also include your submod list so I can figure out the conflicting files. Thank you.
ALSO: You do not need both The Dragon's Peace and Dragon Re-Work. DRW is included in The Dragon's Peace.

DEBUG Decisions (Read this if you are having issues with DEBUG)
When you click DEBUG on in the decisions, know that only ONE of the DEBUG decisions are in Decision Menu. They are MOSTLY ALL Targeted Decisions (click on the character) with ONE Title Decision. Here is a list of DEBUG decisions in my mod:
Targeted Decisions (click on character)
- Force remove lovers: Removes all of character's lovers
- Start Blood Feud: Starts a Blood Feud with target character's dynasty and your dynasty
- Extra Heal Dragon: Heals your dragon
- Get Clutch DEBUG: Made it possible to get dragon eggs at anytime from any dragon
- Take Eggs: Take eggs from any character.
- Remove Dragon Rider: Unfriends a dragon and his rider and returns the dragon whip to the dragon.
- Help Hatch: Same as Motivate to Tame, but hatches an egg. Its pretty much automatic.
Decisions (Decision Menu)
- Emergency Hatch: For non-Age of Dragons starts, if you want to skip the events to hatch an egg, you can just use this auto hatch.
Title Decisions (click on title COA)
- Destroy Emperor Tier title: Destroys any emperor tier title (for if you have those random Dothraki Septons)
Game Rule list:
Dragon specific
Dragon Conquest Limiter
- Limits the AI’s ability to perform dragon conquests on its own
Dragon Rider Limiter
- Puts a one (1) dragon per rider limit
Dragon Dances
- Helps force dragon dance scenarios
Valyrian Blood
- Changes who can tame dragons. Either by Valyrian Blood traits, Bloodlines, or anyone
Extra Content
Border Gore
- Helps try to limit border gore in the game
Play the Game
- Small events that grant favors to dynasties that marry into the royal family and can influence politics
Strong Seed
- Small events that forcibly fix the GFX of main House characters (ex. House Tully won’t have kids with generic GFX)
Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken
Features:
- Event Chains for Dornish Wars
- Dornish defense war buffs
- Dynamic for any ruler of the Iron Throne. Ambitious & Military leaders can go to war, peaceful Kings will keep the peace.
- There's already a good event chain for Daeron's conquest, but this adds onto it a bit and gives you the option to have it with any ruler (if traits allow it).
Faith Militant Uprising
Features:
- Event Chains for Faith Militant Uprising
- Dynamic for any Targaryen heirs of Aegon. The traits of your heir can decide what the Faith does. A good heir can negotiate a deal, a bad heir could result in a quick game.
Dragon Re-Work
When making the mod, I researched a lot of dragon lore and tried to balance out the game mechanics with as close as I could get to lore accuracy. I'm very new to modding, so a lot of this was me learning as I went, re-doing entire mechanics a couple of times, simming to see how the AI did stuff, etc.
Obviously, eggs are lot easier to come by now with this submod, but the Targaryens did literally just have a shit ton of eggs lying around Dragonstone. I always hated games where my dragons just wouldn't lay any eggs and so I'm stuck with like 5 dragons over the course of 100 years.
If you want to just have a dragon free-for-all, by all means do so. I also tried adding things to kill dragons off, and that will be the main goal going forward. I feel like the fun thing with dragons should be a "glass cannon" type playthrough. Trying to control the power should be the challenge imo.
Re-works dragon egg laying
Now the fun part. I've made a lot of changes to dragon taming. I finally managed to figure out how to just entirely stop random courtiers from taming dragons, and now the only way they can do it is if you call for dragon riders.
Same as above, the character's traits determine how many people can tame dragons. A Jaehaerys I type king will keep it small, a Viserys I type will just give the dragons out like Oprah, so if you want to keep control of your dragons, raise good heirs. I think this would also add to people's non-Valyrian playthroughs since the AI will act less crazy.

Fix Notes:
1.1.1 - Fixed the post-Age of Dragons hatching
2.0 Notes:
Changes
- Added more traits that disqualify characters from the dragon rider matcher
- Added rules for mechanics in the submod
- Made separate Dragon-Rework only submod
New Features
- Dance of Dragons mechanic: New CB w/ event chain mechanic that can start dragon wars if the number of dragon riders in a realm gets to big.
- Events that will stir up trouble amongst the dragon riders in the realm.
- Play the Game: Marriages with the Iron Throne family will result in characters gaining favors & moving courts. This is to reflect a "playing the Game of Thrones" type situation
- Ambitious fathers will also be able to create a bloodline if their grandchild gets on the Iron Throne (whether they are of his dynasty or not)
- Stronger Seed: Dynasties with a specific GFX won't revert to a basic GFX. (i.e. Tyrell's will keep Tyrell ethnicity instead of ever getting Reachman ethnicity
- Border Gore: Some events that will hopefully prevent some of the border gore.
- Free Cities will gain claims on Kingdom-tier titles if they own the capital, and vice versa. They will also get a decision to instantly move the capital.
- Duke-tier characters with 2 Duchies will hand off one of the titles to a dynasty member that qualifies
- Decision made that resets the Crownland borderline as Iron Throne. Ex: If the Riverlands takes a county in the Crownlands de jure land, you can hit the border reset to take it back with no opinion penalty.
- The Three Daughters: Event chain that spawns the Three Daughters alliance dynamically and can disrupt the power balance in the Narrow Sea.
- Absorbed the Dragons Expanded submod by jenos962
- Absorbed the Dragon Portraits submod by tunedie
- Option to take back Dragonstone with no penalty if it somehow ends up with someone outside of your dynasty
- DEBUG mode added
- Force remove lovers
- Start Blood Feud decision
- Extra Heal Dragon
- Demand End Lovers
- Added a decision for Tywin to melt down Ice instead of waiting for the event to pop
- Added new loading screens
2.1 Fixes:
- Fixed a trait-trading event where fair dragon makes you uncouth
- Fixed .mod file for the More Bloodlines version
2.1.3
- Fixed Tame a Dragon decision
- Added 26 more portraits
- Compatches for Portrait Overhaul
Please tell me what you think and if you have any issues let me know! If you think I have something wrong lore wise, I'm open to a dialogue about it and am willing to change something if need be! I'd also love any ideas that people have for events or game mechanics. The problem solving aspect of this has been the most fun for me (as nerdy as that sounds) so I'll be learning more and adding to this mod and others.
Thank yall!

I feel like the fun thing with dragons should be a "glass cannon" type playthrough. Trying to control the power should be the challenge imo.
Re-works dragon egg laying
- Flood of eggs at game start-up
- Clutches of 3 eggs
- Only females lay eggs (only 3 dragons were known to have laid eggs in lore)
- Ages 7-37 are fertile years (kinda based on lore)
- Egg distribution differs depending on ruler traits
- Special dragon egg handling decisions for High Valyrian + Valyrian religion characters
Now the fun part. I've made a lot of changes to dragon taming. I finally managed to figure out how to just entirely stop random courtiers from taming dragons, and now the only way they can do it is if you call for dragon riders.

I think this would also add to people's non-Valyrian playthroughs since the AI will act less crazy.
Dragon Taming
- characters only tame ONE dragon in their lifetime
- like egg distribution, dragon taming depends on the ruler's traits
- Targaryens never fail in hatching or taming during the Age of Dragons (the only explosive hatch in lore was at Summerhall, but that was well after AoD)
- Small Dragon Taming events for the AI
- No random dragon encounters for random characters
- Adjusted AI calling for Dragon Riders
- Dragon Seed Events
- Small Events for Dragons and their Riders based off traits
Control who is allowed to dragon tame:
Dragon Dueling
- Dragon Combat Levels
- Small Rare Event Chain during Aegon's Conquest
- If your dragon dies in a dragon duel, you are significantly less likely to survive
- Prevent AI Iron Throne from Dragon Conquering into Essos
