Anyone else getting no culture characters with this mod? tbf not sure if it is this mod, or maybe if it's another in this setup. Recently got back into modding and building a list around this mod. The portraits are insane (in a good way!)

Shouldnt people from Naath just have the same portraits as summer islanders? They technically do fr. The difference is they have flat faces and golden eyes. For the next version, I can temporarily give them SI faces with different clothes and golden eyes. They'll probably be the last portraits I properly replace though. I don't know if that's what you mean by adding more graphical_culture portrait sets, but one house that I don't think has been given enough attention in appearance in other mods is house Redwyne, is there any way they can keep their orange hair like is it described in the books?

Oh, finally, the update of the best portrait mod for agot! I've already tested the mod in the game and it works very well so far. <3 I'm really looking forward to the summer valyrians to make the Velaryons dark-skinned, as in the canon of the HBO series. thanks for your time spent on this mod!

By more graphical_culture sets, I mean graphically splitting off some of the great houses so they have their own unique portraits/faces, including child portraits. I intend to do that once I've finished the last of the Essosi races, and I've only got a few left to go. Want to redo some of the sets I don't like at that point as well, Ironborn & Northman being two examples.
Adding some House specific graphical traits to minor houses, like a high percentage that Redwyne's will have orange hair and freckles, is doable. It'd take like 20 minutes of work, so I added it to my to do list once I'm ready to create the House-specific face sets.

The portraits look so fantastic and beautiful!!!. However, all my Naathi portraits are blank. Have you added portraits for them or is it just me.

If you aren't running incompatible submods, then it's the bug caused by not owning certain base game portrait DLC that can only be fixed when I replace the culture with my own portrait set. Another player requested Naathi portraits a few days ago, and I've made a temporary one for the next version I post, basically Summer Islanders wearing different clothes, and with golden-colored eyes. Temporary Naathi portraits are here if you want it now, since the next version is a week or so away. Just extract it to your /mod folder, overwriting the old files.

If you're using the enhanced child GFX addon, then no, that's not normal, since I added them for all the Dornish cultures. I'd need your modlist in that case. If you're running it without the enhanced addon, it's normal, since it looks like I neglected to re-add the old vanilla style child portraits to the Dornish when I redid them. Fixed it for the next version though. Starks seem to be missing their faces when trying to play PO + CO + MB
They're working on my end with CO+MB. You running any additional submods that modify portraits_stark.gfx?

Yeah, idk why but ever since I installed that advanced kid graphics…the kids are born grown…like they’re 0 years old and their portraits are of full grown adults…

Yeah, idk why but ever since I installed that advanced kid graphics…the kids are born grown…like they’re 0 years old and their portraits are of full grown adults… That should never happen unless you're using the enhanced addon by itself (it won't work without Base), you're using it with incompatible submods or you're installing the latest version of PO over the top of older versions, without deleting the folders.
If you ARE using other submods, test vanilla PO first.
Run :
AGOT AGOT PO - Base AGOT PO - Characters AGOT PO - Enhanced Child GFX
If the child portraits work, then it was a third party mod conflicting. If they're still full grown adults, delete every Portrait Overhaul folder, then redownload and reinstall it from scratch. If it still happens, you've possibly got a modified/old AGOT mod folder. Redownload and reinstall the latest version of AGOT in that case.
