Hello everyone. Here's the update for the DLS mod.
Link to DLS v1.6- Additional safety mechanic to ensure bastard children have the bloodlines of their parent (thanks to Floppy for the inspiration) - Added an option to manually spawn a girl bastard
- Updated the mechanics to be on par with DLS v1.6
EDIT: A bracket error caused the girl bastard option to be missing. This has been fixed, if you have the issue, please download the newest v1.6 version.

So I've dabbled with this mod lately, mainly because I really like the idea but there were a couple of things which didn't sit right with me. Firstly, if the character is under the age of 14, it doesn't make it their child now, just spawns it without parents, since it doesn't make sense for a sickly 2 year old to have had a child. The proper way to fix it would probably be to use something similar to the house customizer event chain, but since I only really care about removing the immersion-breaking toddlers having children, I've just left it that way. The second thing I did was so that the character spawns disinherited, which I wanted to remove later with a next event but for some reason it doesn't work properly right now and generates a char first which then it kills immediately and generates another in a random place. E.g. I tested with killing the last surviving Baratheon in my save (Orys's underage daughter), and it first generates a stormlander faith of the seven male, kills it immediately, and then generates one in a random location with random culture... which is strange but kinda funny. I'm just sharing because I'll probably play with this and see where it goes. I got the child to spawn in Saath, Summer Islands and Asshai randomly (with matching culture and religion). Essentially, it ensures there's always a living member of the dynamic CoA dynasties... you just don't know where, lol. But for me, that makes it fun. Also removed the requirement for the last male dynasty member, instead reverting back to just the last member. I guess my preferences are slightly different from the original creator, but do with that what you wish.
I only modified the events file, replace that

New characters who are not linked to the dynastic tree breaks it (every child of this character will be shown as without parents in the dynastic tree). The event is supposed to spawn a relative instead of a child for last dynastic member who are underage, but I would not be surprised if it’s not working entirely as intended.

This mod is just what Ive been looking for. Gonna try it out ASAP. Is it compatible with current saves or would I need to start a whole new play through to use it?

It’s compatible with existing saves, although it won’t work on already dead dynasties (with a little of console commands or save editing you can bring them back to life and apply the DLS on them, though).

Thanks for the reply. If im reading correctly, the Redux version is the one where I have to manually add dynasties for it to work? If thats the case then thats exactly what I need.

Would this submod work in other standalone mods such as Historical Immersion Project or Just After the End?

Would this submod work in other standalone mods such as Historical Immersion Project or Just After the End? Yeah, but you have to manually mark the dynasties who will use DLS. The code that automatically give DLS at the beginning of the game to historic dynasties rely on cultures and geographic regions specific to AGOT mod.
