What it says in the title.
Somehow the game has managed to personify the placeholder ID of 0 into an actual character.
This fellow now owns every title that starts unheld in game start, and has a bunch of random little vassals everywhere.
He is also married to my unmarried daughter, and her sisters, and also the father of her mother's other daughters (don't ask). Also the father and mother of my wife.
All county COA also seem to have been offset as well, so I'd imagine something went wrong with the history files?
The titles are also simultaneously held by a generated ruin character.

This has happened to me many a time when making small tweaks to character files If you've edited dates etc then try to make sure there are no open scopes/conditions/commands etc etc

Yeah 100% history file error
If you haven't edited any character files then sort all files by date modified and (painstaking) go thru each file and make sure there isn't an open scope somewhere? If possible best compare files with original or previous versions or character files to see which lines are different, this will give a more accurate idea of where the error may be

I remember once having a High septon/ god emperor of the dawn with ~500k troop count based in (wHT should've been a ruined) Lorath and using tribal holdings to buff his forces
Went to war just for the hell of it whilst figuring out what had gone wrong Hahaha least to say it ain't worth it
