Game keep crashing while playing

Hi,

My game just keeps crashing while I'm playing. Most of the times it happens every year (around the 18 february in the two test I did) but sometime it doesn't and I can play for 5 years without having any issue.

I'm playing with the game console on so if I have to type something while in game I can.

So, what should I do ?
