Hello everyone !
I would like to make all of Sothoryos colonizable (or even add counties), is this possible with changes in the game files? I'm a little used to making changes but now I don't know how to do it ....
Can you help me ? Thank you !

For me, yes. I'm french and with the bad translation of Google... . Too bad, no one wants to help me apparently. It’s not that I don’t want to help but it involves creating provinces for these lands through map editing and creating history files ,setting them up for which kingdom they will be part of (de jure) and then modifying the unconizable files.your best bet to doing this yourself is: Go to the wiki and looking up how to create provinces. Use other mods as a base on how they set up provinces and titles Study the agot mod for further assistance. Go to Google and search up the discord chancel ck2 modding den.
