I stumbled upon this question on the subreddit of the mod.
As far as I can tell the OP hasn't been able to fix this problem.

While I am an avid Essos player I haven't delved into reformations before.
But I tried it and he seems to be correct. All the county, barony and NPC CoAs which are generated by the game turn from Essosi to Westerosi and do indeed look quite "vanillish".
I've been planning to play the mod again and so this question now directly affects me too.
Anyone got an idea?

So I've got a question.
Prior to the reformation Valyrian counties and generated NPC houses have Valyrian/Essosi Coat of Arms.
After the reformation they don't. It's like you are suddenly in Westeros and some of the CoAs even feel like Vanilla ones.
This annoys the living hell out of me. What do I have to do to change that?
Is it dependent on the Reformation ideas?
