Can the White Walkers still spawn in the east and invade? I think I remember it being possible in versions past but perhaps im just remembering an old sub mod

yeah, there's a setting when you're setting up the game I believe - don't quote me on that. I think it's base game as well.

Unfortunately i dont see any game rule for it and my few recent play throughs i havent seen them start out anywhere but beyond the Wall. I think im just remembering an old sub mod of fan theory from before GRRM had told us straight up that Essos and Westeros weren't connected
