Hi guys, long time player of mod, first time poster.
I have a sorta inquiry/suggestion/comment regarding the state of the Westeros realm during the Century of blood bookmark start
Playing as dragonstone highlordship, im encountering some quirkiness
For the individual 7 kingdoms (Trident absorbed into stormlands) they start off as empire tier titles while still named as kingdoms. I am assuming that this is to facilitate game play where states are absorbing land outside of their dejure realm. But these sovereigns lack a kingdom tier title encompassing their original core territory nested within the empire (i.e. the storm king doesnt have a kingdom tier Kingdom of Stormlands). This is creating a bit of problem for me as I have rules that I can only create titles if I hold territory in the realm and conquest of any realm like the Stormlands end up dropping a hot mess on to my lap in terms of administration where I hold just a dragonstone high lordship and an empire of the Stormlands with 2 kingdoms within it that I cant divide up or spun off. Im also noticing that the territory is not fragmenting as easily as revolting vassals just swap control of the empire. On the essos side, Volantis has both an empire/and kingdom tier titles and appear to function well with quite a few vassals frequently splintering off. At present, while I can win a war with stormlands due to my dragons, the peace afterwards is an absolute nightmare that makes management of the holy roman empire look more appealing.
I guess what I am getting at is are there specific reasons why kingdom tier titles are not in the westeros side? Is it related to the conquest events later on with Aegon in terms of scripting and title management? If not and just a simple oversight (Which I doubt) are are there ways I can modify the start condition to insert these titles at the beginning of the campaign.
