A submod request:( Customizable Dynastic COA) for High Val..

Good evening everyone,
I am new here (though I have the mod and sub mods ) and I am hoping if I can get someone's attention.
So I am interested in someone making a Customizable Dynastic coa for High Valyrians as I have found the coa for valyrians to be samey same and not interesting.
However, this is not a knock against the modders, as they did create job adapting the World of Ice and Fire into a game, which is very exemplary. Nevertheless, I am requesting, on behalf of the fanbase, to create customizable Dynastic COA for the Valyrian religion, specifically for High Valyrians, and also if it is possible to add creative coat of arms for the westorosi , especially for westorosi valyrians.
Here's an inspiration for my request. Click the link as it will carry to the post with creator's notes and preview. PS: it only works on dragons, but its an old mod and its not popping up when I used it or when I made further modifications to it.

Features that I would hope to see in the perspective mod:
For High Valyrians (not the ones with the already canonized coa)
*Dragon shape (color must be able to change whether on a one head, 2 head, 3 head or four head (giggles) dragon.
*Chimera (wings color can change, horns color can change, tall color can change)
*The flame color in this perspective has to change as well so like (gold, silver, white, (purple, violet, amethyst, indigo), red, black, wild fire green, orange red) Blu flames can go in as well.
*The background of the COA flags can be like valyrian flag textures.
*Last but not least, they need to be in the in ruler customizer and when you want change the coat of arms.
Edit: "I am mostly asking for a complete change around of the valyrian_rel flags and you can go down from there.
For westorosi valyrians not much to change but would like to a coa with a Pegasus emblem.
