When I use this with more Bloodlines if my character has the better congenital trait eg fair_1 I still get the event giving my character the worse version fair. How do I fix this?

Does anyone know how to make this mod compatible with Homes for Houses? I really want to use both mods and I love house Drace from CO but if I use both then their Coat of Arms is always random and their sword isnt an artifact. Can anyone help?
