Hey, this is a great mod idea and I enjoy it.
I was messing around with the R+L=J events because the bloodlines weren't working, and it occurred to me that it might be cool to make an optional addon (since it would require overwrites) where taking the mixed dynasty option gives you the Valyrian Northman culture.

could you please tell me how to edit the birth percentage of a certain race? let's say I want only Winter Valyrians to be born to Northerners and High Valyrians, or only Ironborn Valyrians to be born between Ironborn and High Valyrians.

Thank you!  Go to the events folder and the nos_mixed_ethnicity_events file. Under '###Ironborn/Valyrian Hybrid Event' change the first percent on the random_list to 100 and remove the other options |

In the culture file you can edit the percentage boost. Be careful though, it you make it TOO high it will break it make it impossible for you to tame dragons |
