I updated the mod. I do not use that Portrait Overhaul so I'm not sure. Probably because it was made based on the old, incorrect version of the mod. For now try this and see if it works. If it doesn't, they will have to update the patch
At first look, Mixed Ethnicities+ works much better with the PO compatch than the official "base" version. I'll play for a few days and let you know if everything is OK. Thanks again for your help and updates.

Are the events for converting to the hybrid valyrian cultures not firing for anyone else? I had a playthrough where I married daenerys as an ironborn and even though our children had the iron valyrian ethnicity the actual iron valyrian culture didn't pop up. Is there a percentage for the event to fire and I was justing getting unlucky?

I have updated the mod so you may redownload it and the decision and event will be available |

Mixed Cultures & Religions Mod is compatible with More Blodlines in version 2.2, not 3.0.
