Quick question, is it possible to add artifacts from the vanilla game to AGOT?

I want to add additional treasures and weapons from the original game to AGOT, also would it be possible to have each great house starting off with Bloodline Armors?

You can try copying the Bloodline/House armors from More Bloodline submod. as for Artifacts, you could try copying the vanilla artifacts into AGOT. if you'll do it right it should work. though you'll need to change localisation as they won't match ASOIAF universe. as most of the artifacts are historical.
