I have never done the War of Conquest when not playing as Aegon. Typically the AI acts like an idiot during wars. Is there the same problem if you don’t play as Aegon?
I am thinking of doing a Velaryon AAR after I finish my Kingsguard one but I was trying to figure out if I should first start as Aegon.

For anybody else who plays this type of scenario, he is an idiot. Took 22years to conquer the lands because when we ‘attacked’ the Reach he kept all of his soldiers on the Arbor and we had to wait for the combined ‘night’ of the Vale and Dorne to win the war.
Also divorced Rhaenys when he became a member of the seven after Visenya already died in battle with Vhagar in Dorne

The AI in CK2 has always had problems concerning boats. This isn't exclusive to the AGOT submod; probably why they may be going with a different approach in CK3.
