This is a mod that adds the Faith of the Warrior to the game as a Faith of the Seven Heresy. You can reform this Heresy. Adherents of this new faith get a boost to martial and learning stats.

TRexKing42's Custom Heresy Mod is incompatible with the AGOT mod, unfortunately, so I took it upon myself to work around

the mod files to MAKE it compatible. There are a few features missing (declaring a Holy Site, Writing a Holy Book, etc) as this is my very first mod and I haven't yet found a way to make those features work. I would appreciate help and suggestions if you have any, but I am still working to include them. Overall, though, the mod runs flawlessly and should be compatible with just about every other mod (I have an unholy number of mods running). Requires Holy Fury DLC. I highly recommend using this mod with one that adds more Doctrines.

To create your own Heresy you must :
1) Have a Martial stat of 15
2) Have 200 Piety
3) Be an Adult
4) Not be Zealous
5) Not be an Ai
6) Be Faith of the Seven

To Reform your Heresy you must:
1) Have 1000 piety
2) Control a Holy Site (The New Holy Sites are Lannisport, Riverrun, Harrenhal, Storm's End, and Winterfell)

Once you reform your religion, it is no longer considered a heresy. You can make your own Grand Septon or make yourself the head of your new religion.
Be warned, followers of the original Faith of the Seven will still view you as a heretic.

7/30:
- Changed the icon back to the seven pointed star
- Removed ability to make heresy your secret religion (served no purpose)
- Minor changes to localisation

7/28:
-There was a bug that made the event fire for the ai. Should be impossible now
-Added more features to the reformed religion
-You get an extra -25 opinion malus from Faith of the Seven followers when you reform

Ooh! interesting. i've very much wanted to play as The Seven heresy. one question though, does Reforming the heresy mean I will no Longer be a Heretic? cause I wan't to remain one and be hostile to all the 'Proper' Faith of the Seven.
PS, after trying it, heresy does exist in the game but I don't seem to have the same doctrines that are present in the Screenshots. do I need Base Custom Heresy mod aswell?
PPS, Oh nevermind, I guess those Doctrines are from other mods you're using.

Yes, once you reform the religion it's no longer considered a Seven heresy. Instead, the game treats it as another branch of Westerosi religion (like old gods), so you should still be able to intermarry with those of the Faith. You get -10 for "religious difference" instead of "infidel" because technically it's still the same religion. I haven't found out a way to change this but I will continue to look into it; though, I don't mind it working this way. In the meantime I've updated it and changed some of the localisation to be a bit more immersive.

I also may return the moral authority to reform to 40% to encourage playing as an infidel and expanding longer before reforming.

No problem. I managed to work around that problem by adding a -25 opinion from all followers of the original Faith. Also, the moral authority stipulation isn't necessary. I updated the mod in the link.

It doesn't add any traits so it should be save-game compatible. I use an mod that adds more doctrines and William's Bloodlines mod and there's no conflict.
