Just a simple mod that allows a person to modify the de-jure structure of the game such as carving out new kingdoms/empires/duchies.
It can also be used to fun effect in AGOT such as customising what the "crownlands" will be ever wanted Castly Rock to be the capital of the Iron Throne?
Very simple to use just right click on titles.
Heres a simple step-by-step to create a new kingdom.
1. Right click on a duchy and press "clone to kindom"
2. Go to the new kindom in your title list and press "mark"
3. Right click on duchies you want to be part of the new kindom and press "add to dejure"
Done!.
Couldnt be simpler and it includes an option to turn off your ability to use these tools so you can setup the world how you want and prevent yourself from editing any more. You can also revoke titles from yourself so you can give away the empire title (destroy it) and be back to a lowly king and have to work hard to get the new title!.
