Description
When observing stars/planets (MNM.1828, a citadel society mission), it sometimes happens that we miss an important event with a friend which results in upsetting said friend (MNM.1844). The friend can be a dragon which is probably undesirable (it's the first time a friend-related event targets my dragon, so I suppose some work has been done elsewhere to prevent this but I've not checked it).

Notes
- When this occurred in my playthrough, the friend relationship was not removed after the event (30% probability) so I don't know what happens in that case.
- I suppose this bug probably occurred before 2.1 but I've not checked this assumption.
- I use 3 mods but I don't believe they have an impact on this bug, namely: "AGOT Holdings+", "AGOT Ghiscari Wars", "AGOTmusic".
