Currently once Daenerys has defended Meereen from Yunkai, she's forced into fighting a series of emancipation wars. I found that in practice this means spending ten years fighting absolutely everyone in western Essos before she can finally head for Westeros. I think it would be better if there were an event giving a choice of "liberate all the slaves everywhere" or "take the Iron Throne", so that players have a choice if they want to do the Essos slog.
