Please fix the bizarre Lhazareen-Dothraki female double nose

Truly, this has been a problem that has existed for at least a year without being addressed nor mentioned nor presumably noticed by anyone that I know of - the "unifying feature" of the fairer sex, old or young, over the vast Dothraki steppe and even the Lhazareen land: double nose, or rather a nose that makes anyone who see it thinks he has Diplopia. How come a bizarre phenomenon as such seem to have never been fixed nor even so much as mentioned?

In any case, this is not only bizarre but also somewhat distracting when I'm playing with the mod, not to mention discouraging me from marrying any Dothraki women, so please fix it.
