Stormlands independent during the Rogue Prince start

Minor bug but still kind of annoying. Still present after deleting and reinstalling the mod. I use no other submods. From my understanding there is no event in the lore where the Stormlands goes independent in this time period, so it's probably unintentional. Thanks for reading.
