I can't believe I waited this long to make this post. I've compiled a list of bugs I've come across randomly during play, some of which are admittedly from older versions but that I haven't seen mentioned by anyone else.
Playing with 3.2.1, 2.0, 2.0 Bugfix, Dragon Traits, Dragons Expanded Compatch):
When the claimant dies during a war to restore the Night's Watch, all NW titles will be awarded to his primogeniture heir and adopt primogeniture succession
Dragons can be made Designated Regent, this may be WAD: imgur.com/a/mH8pHTq
Having the Kingsguard kidnap your child during a revolt somehow results in you becoming unlanded and the revolt ending inconclusively. The child also ends up in your (the next character/heir's) dungeon after the transfer of power.
Falconer events repeat even if you are already a falconer and don't fulfill the Adopt a Lifestyle ambition, this may be a vanilla bug
The event where you refuse more wine gets directed at you, so you get angry: imgur.com/a/OjBb73k
You can ask salt wives to leave your court: imgur.com/a/MyGc1nS
Localization issues causing it to seem like I called for my own excommunication: imgur.com/a/eVr29wP
[Century of Blood] My wife left court to become an adventurer against me, and my councillors are angry that I fired her: imgur.com/a/Ehv9Wse
My maester tried to expel himself from seclusion (WAD?): imgur.com/a/KI9r4wK
Playing with 3.3 and 2.1 only:
Aurion has living children (WAD?) and their ages are out of order: imgur.com/a/DqCqrwb. Other characters' children also have ages out of order in the Century of Blood start.
A character was listed as having "died died of a lingering wound" ("died" is repeated): imgur.com/a/zvzeOku
Playing with 3.3, 2.1, Dragon Traits, Dragons Expanded Compatch:
It appears that there's a new event where if a child is betrothed normally, the marriage will go through but become matrilineal instead of having the bride marry a different character. There was no popup when my grandson's marriage got converted to matrilineal, so he was stuck in an unfortunate situation.
Localization issues with reformed Gods of Yi Ti: imgur.com/a/W3uC6r6
Trying and failing to tame a dragon repeatedly can cause a character to become both wounded and maimed at the same time:imgur.com/a/sTTl1iT
The event where child is authoritative can make you humble instead of the child.
