Primary title is Emperor of New Valyria, capital is Old Volantis, my religion and culture are valyrian and essosi valyrian as are the county of old volantis, however when a colony finishes it becomes volantene and rhllor?

I’m pretty sure that It’s set in the the game files what culture and religion the ruins are.

Every provice has converted to Volantene culture that I've colonized, even places like Old Ghis and the various North Valyrian ruins, some of them have adapted the valyrian religion though while others went with rhllor, so not really sure how its done. Know what file I would need to look into to research about it?

If it hasn't changed since last I checked, I believe it's based off the culture/religion of your capital, *except* when your capital is Old Volantis, in which case it's determined based off the culture/religion of Volantis.

If you're playing as a republic/triarchy, it's based upon the culture of your capital-- Your capital being your patrician home, and if you start as a patrician in volantis, your capital is volantene and rhllor. That's what I think it is, at least.
