... is a much more eye-catching title than the original name of this submod, "Tweaks and Changes" -- though that describes this submod's purpose a bit more clearly.
My goal in creating this submod is to expand on the base mod, tweak things to my liking, and improve the quality of the localisation. I want to make it clear that not all of these changes are intended as improvements -- some are just personal preferences that I think make for a better mod. I would also like to make it clear that I mean no disrespect to the artists who made the coats of arms that are reverted to earlier versions by this mod.
With this initial version of the mod, I've done a little bit of everything I wanted to do. With future versions -- which I hope to push out regularly -- I want to continue to expand on this idea. Some of my thoughts on where to take this in the future are to add new bloodlines for a lot of Westerosi houses, give the cadet branches of the major houses their own bloodlines, and much more. I'll detail my ideas below.

If people request it without the CoA reversions, I'll do that.
CHANGELOG:
v.0.1.1
- changed Driftmark CoA to match Velaryon reversion
- fixed negative_money bug according to Azrael's guide
- removed all bloodline changes and associated files (need to learn more about how all of this works!!)
- further edited scenario localisation
- furthere edited Valyrian steel localisation
- further refined the bloodline localisation
- reverted Thorne and Rayonet CoA reversions (lol)
v. 0.1
- Reverted CoA for Boltons, Glovers, Stark-Targaryens, Thorne, Pyle, Blackfyre, Targaryen and Boggs COA to the versions from AGOT 1.9
- Reverted CoA for House Velaryon to the version from AGOT 2.0
- New CoA for House Dreadwolf, courtesy of rufff1
- Adjusted bloodline localisation
- Jorah Mormont now gets the nickname "the Andal" after joining up with Dany and Drogo
- Adjusted a lot of Valyrian steel descriptions to fix grammatical errors, improve readability and enforce consistent capitalization of "Valyrian steel" (this is an ongoing process that will reemerge in future updates!!)
- Adjusted a lot of scenario localisation to fix grammatical errors and typos, and to improve readability (this is an ongoing process that will reemerge in future updates!!)
- Gave Jon Snow the "attractive" trait
- Added new nicknames (check tweaks_and_changes_nicknames.csv in localisation and tweaks_and_changes_nicknames.txt in common/nicknames/)
- Removed nick_the_white_owl from AGOTnicknames to accomodate for my version of it (Only thing changed about that file)
- Tweaked all existing dynastic bloodlines
- Added the honorable trait to Ser Artys Arryn so members of his bloodline can get it from the "emulating a legend" event
CREDITS:
v.0.1.1
fixed negative money glitch according to a post made by Azrael in the forums
v. 0.1
rufff1 made the Dreadwolf CoA
all other coats of arms included in this mod came from earlier versions of the game
My changes to the bloodline descriptions were based largely off information gained from the ASIOAF wiki
erbkaiser and rufff1 helped me understand bloodline modding
the idea for the House Arryn bloodline was suggested by Reddit user /u/alexiosphillipos
PLANS FOR THE FUTURE:
- give "minor" houses bloodlines (Boltons, Manderleys, Rosbys, etc.)
- create bloodlines and cadet branches for bastards given Ice, Brightroar, etc.
- punish Jon Snow for accepting Stannis' offer (in my experimentation, giving him deserter just makes Stannis execute him)
- I'm waiting for the person who suggested it's approval, but I saw an idea posted here to give Viserys a title like Dany's, and if I get approval on that then I would love to do it
- provide balance changes to the buffs given to bloodlines in this mod
- rework the Knights of the Vale bloodline effect for House Arryn
- add new nicknames, and continue improving localisation
