Hello there!
I am working on a small mod based on the ASOIAF roleplaying game that I am playing right now with my friends. I have managed to add the characters in their respective counties (in this case, Newkeep and Moonsgrey, with new custom lords in both) and I would like to change the name of these two counties to Harrowdale and Moonsorrow.
The times I have tried changing the .csv file with the Valley titles have resulted in fatal errors in which the translation of the game has evaporated and I have only had the key commands or the map appearing in gray. Somebody could help me? How can I change the names of the counties? I know that there is a DLC with that function, but my friends don't have it, so I'm trying to change all the stuff. And, there's some indication or hand on what I could put in the .mod archive to get the translation and the new characters put into the game right?
Thank you so much!

Editing the county names in the csv file(s) should work. Just make sure to do it in Notepad or another pure text editor, not Excel.
Paradox CSV files are comma deliminated, not semicolon like most, and if they use colour effects must be of a specific encoding.
I use Notepad++ for all Pdox file editing.

Using Notepad++ for editing csv files should work. I have had problems with other editors.
You can also change the name in the county history, like this:
# history/titles/c_newkeep.txt 1.1.1={ effect = { location = { set_name = "Harrowdale" } } }
