Does is possible to give to yiti a road system similar to westerosi or valyrian roads ? In theory, yiti is more developped than westeros or former valyria. The lore said something about their road system.

Main problem of Yi Ti is really low province density. For the roads to connect major cities it would require half of provinces to have road modifiers. But i'll think about it.

thnak you, but valyrian road don't go in yiti and yiti was always an independant nation. But i think this part of world need more provinces lol. If it can reach a westeros of free city density. That will be find.

I dont think it will ever happen. Not in Ck2 engine. We are speaking of at least 150 new provinces and count-tier characters are very heavy on fps (as they do have political AI). Im of a mind to make far east more dense in terms of baronies but i haven't discussed it with other teammembers yet so don't get too attached to this.

I think isn't that bad, i have a very average computer and I run this mod fine and submod exist to reduce the map. I run also easely hip. I don't think 150 more counties will be bad or affect the performance. To be honest, the far east is currently poorly implanted, i prefer to have that part removed than poorly implanted. Also, The average player have a better computer than me. The game is killed by scripts, particulay the slave system script. Try to run the game without that script, one time you will see easely the difference. According to my modding experience, scripts are the real fps killer in every video game. but, at least a couple more counties for Yiti, shadowland and hyrkoon realms eill be nice. Yiti is suposed to be more far populated than westeros according to the lore lol. Finaly, don't forget the game was optimised during last updates and it run quietly more smoothly. Maybe the mod scripts are up for a revision some of them must be olds since 2012.
thank you for reading !

More character/provinces mean more firing of scripts and events, so yes it would affect performance. As to how much? That would largely depend on each person's computer. I already see quite a few people stating they have an issue playing long-running games, so adding more characters and provinces would just make it worse for them. The move to 64-bit might help them going forward, but again, it depends on their computer.

Though I'm worried it will make the Far East too overpowered. The counties there are generally far more powerful than the Westerosi ones, with a significant amount of their provinces having garrison and levy numbers way above the supply limit, making them much more dangerous than western counties. Maybe more baronies could be added, and in return the existing ones toned down a bit?
