I just have 2 minor suggestions on the ACoK bookmark. Dacey Mormont should be the heir to Bear Island at the start of the bookmark. For some reason it is Alysanne who doesn't become heir until Dacey's death at the Red Wedding. The other is suggestion is making Ramsay a Snow at the start as he doesn't become legitimized until after the Red Wedding as well. Maybe if Roose dies have a pop-up offering to legitimize Ramsay and make him Lord of the Dreadfort, but with Roose's "Fat Frey Wife" the need to legitimize Ramsay isn't a huge need for him as Walda is likely to give him trueborn heirs. To that end, maybe with the death of Lady Hornwood, you get a pop-up as Robb or bran to grant the title of Lord of the Hornwood to either Wyman Manderly or Larence Snow
