The last I looked, I think this submod had already added imperial government to that trigger. Keep in mind, you have to be higher than Duke tier to wear one. I had played games with both Aegon and Daenerys creating empires for them, and couldn't use the crowns. I just checked again and the roman_imperial_government is already added to that section; something else is probably preventing the wearing of crowns.

The 00_scripted_triggers file conflicts with Faces Modification's. The dragon_events file conflicts with More Bloodlines's and compatch-dragons expanded's, which is most likely the problem.

You can compare the files in notepad++ with the compare plugin and copy whatever is different to your own compatch. Set the other mods as dependencies.

Suggestion... What do you think about adding chinese_imperial_government to Yiti, with the appropriate loc obviously? Would be cool in a lore-wise way in the sense that the empire is the oldest existing in the world and the Chinese empires themselves changed dynasties quite often, similar to YiTi Also the green ribbons on the frame would match YiTi's green map colours

I know this may sound stupid, but can you guide me how to make my own compatch and how to set mod as dependecies. I can't figure out how to compatch it, any help would be helpful.

I suggest looking at Creating a mod and Modding to get started. I know few basic modding like edit files through notepad+, but to make compatch is out of my league. I just need to know the step of how to make compatch. But anyway thanks for the reply.
