I'd like it if you had the option to force your family member to accept the marriage you set for them when the event fires (flavour_events.41). There are probably many more people in Westeros who tried to refuse the marriages their lord father or brother decided for them but were strong-armed into accepting it (the way Tyrion was when he tried to refuse marrying Sansa). People like the Blackfish are the anomaly not the norm.

Unless this is a different event to the usual one that fires, it should already have a ‘you will marry that wench and you will like it!’ option. Though I think it doesn’t show under a few circumstances but I’m not sure which. Probably if you have a trait that would prevent you from being too forceful with your children like ‘Kind’.

I don't think I have any kind traits but I didn't have any ruthless traits either so that might be it.

You don't need any particular traits to force them, but as the mod creators put in the game file comment: Can't be forced if they are strong Basically, for a character to be considered "strong" (not to be confused with the trait!) they must have all of: 1) Be adult (16+ years old) 2) Be male, or have Martial 20, or be a female who gets masculine events (generally being Hyrkoon culture, or having a combat rating of 70, or being a warrior lodge member, or having a matriarchal religion, or having a combat rating of 40 while nomadic, Ironborn, Sarnori, wildling, or having the Duelist trait) 3) Authoritative, or Martial 15, or Diplomacy 15 4) Not have any of Content, Craven, Imbecile, Inbred, Incapable, or the ambition to become a member of the Kingsguard
