Extra court size for the Night's Watch

After writing most of my suggestion I got to the court size of the current Lord Commander, 59/56, I then realised that that is already a very large court size and after checking surely enough there's a +10 court size for the Night's Watch. So i'll change my suggestion from adding extra court size to bumping up the court size by at least another 10. The place can get quite packed after rebellions, I just had the first (not particularly large) rebellion in a while and on its end sent 8 offending lords to the wall and now the court is, as mentioned, 59/56. I can imagine if the rebellions were bigger or more common that the courtier numbers could get really high and really hurt income.
