I'm gonna guess this has been suggested before so this is in part a suggestion in part a question to find out what you (the devs) think about it.
Having 2 man polygamy for... Lengi women let's say so that the God Empress could marry her Lengi and Yi-Tish husbands.
Preferably she would be the only person who could do it but either way I don't think it matters.
A related idea, how about if you are playing as an Empress and after a reign of, let's say 2 years you get an event firing if you do not have both a Lengi and Yi-Tish husband giving you the choice of picking the needed husband or husbands from a kingsguard-esque selection, but you can alternatively refuse and incur an opinion debuff with the cultural group you refuse a husband from.
So for example, I'm playing the Empress of Leng, she dies, her daughter who is married to a Yi-Tish noble ascends. 2 years pass and I don't take a Lengi husband so I get the event firing saying some of the populace are getting upset or whatever and I need to find a Lengi spouse. I can at this point refuse and my Lengi vassals will have a say... -25 opinion debuff for the rest of my reign. I know that sounds harsh but this is an ancient tradition that seemed to come about as a way to unite everyone on Leng. Alternatively I can say ok, bring me the finest Lengi noblemen in the land, or find me the best Lengi men in the land or some such and the former option would be unlanded Lengi noblemen of landed families, and the latter would give me an option of guys that have good traits but are minor nobles or maybe even commoners.
Edit: Also something that could be added with this or without, the Lengi consort was put in charge of the army and the Yi-Tish one the fleets, so one as Master of Arms the other as Master of Ships?
Congratulations on the 2.0 guys
